Customer communication is one of our highest priorities. We want you to be a happy client, first and foremost. We may be doing business online but we’re a little old school too, so don’t hesitate to call us with any questions you might have. Shipping
In stock items will usually be shipped in 3 days following purchase, items not in stock normally take 4-6 weeks. All items are currently made to order here in the United States. Each shipment is fully insured.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders shipped in the U.S.

For all shipments outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for all duties imposed by customs. An email confirmation is sent to you when your item has been shipped. Packages require signature for delivery. We ship via Fed Ex or UPS. We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO address.
Payments
We accept Visa, M/C, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please call us if you prefer to handle your purchase by phone. We can receive payments by wire transfer and personal check by prior arrangement. Items purchased by personal check are shipped after the check has cleared.
Return Policy
All jewelry pieces are made to order and as such are non-returnable/non-refundable. LJD Design aspire to make our customers happy with their jewelry purchases. If you have any problems or complaints please contact us within 4 days, after receiving your jewelry. In the rare instance of damaged jewelry we will work with you to our mutual satisfaction to resolve the problem. Cancelations of your order must be made within 4 days of placing the order.
